The Resource Connection Center

We provide support, resources, and a community of care along the entire continuum of a person’s need for recovery assistance.

Whether newer to recovery, in long-term recovery, after a relapse, during a difficult life change, or health transition, the TMWG Resource Connection Center is there as a refuge of care with evidence-based addiction support and love.

We help each individual reclaim life as a person worthy of giving and receiving HOPE.

Recovery Community

We want to be a safe space for those who need support recovering from anything that is keeping them from being the best person they need to be. The commitment we ask for is that you come in willing to let go of that addiction and be in a supportive environment to help yourself be better.

Who we are serving

Those who are overcoming any form of addiction and are at least 1 full day (24 hours) free and clear of that addiction or trauma.

We are open Monday - Friday

11:00am - 4:00pm

We do close for major holidays.
